PMN-105 clearly explains the principles distinctive to managing projects involving information technology. Students will discover a wealth of intriguing insights and software tools ideal for IT project management success. Included in this course are updates that reflect the latest PMBOK Guide, 6E, and the Agile Practice Guide and focuses on the concepts, tools, and techniques, that are most effective today. Realistic scenarios help students understand and apply all 10 project management knowledge areas to IT projects as well as all five process groups: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
