The course also addresses modern topics including tort reform, workers’ compensation, and insurance practices like bad faith claims. Through case studies and practical exercises, students will gain hands-on experience in evaluating tort claims, drafting case documents, and supporting attorneys in litigation.

By blending foundational theory with applied skills, this course equips learners to play a critical role in personal injury and tort law practices within law offices, insurance companies, and litigation firms.
