Course Description

HSM-201: Healthcare Data Analytics & Reporting provides students with a comprehensive foundation in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of health statistics. The course begins with a review of essential mathematical concepts before moving into hospital-based statistics such as census, occupancy, length of stay, obstetric, neonatal, and mortality data. Students will also examine community health statistics and their role in public health planning and evaluation.
